Bonjour grade 4, 5, 6!
This week, we completed our activities with French foods. Grades 4,5 and 6 completed their visual journal page from last week and presented it to the class.
Students who completed their visual journal page created a food puzzle with a friend.
We also had the opportunity to sing French songs about food such as "Jaime les Fruits".

This week we dived into French Foods!
Grade 4 and 5 will focus all on healthy snacks. We looked at the major food groups and discussed how to sort different foods, in French.
Grade 6 learns about the France food pyramid, what a traditional snack and meal looks like in France, and vocabulary around meal time.

This week, we completed our dioramas! Students added their animal in, and had the opportunity to display them in the library and share their learning with their classmates.
We also wrapped up our grade specific units on French Animals, doing an assessment at the end of the week. We are looking forward to some new topics coming up!

This week, students completes their dioramas! We used our Animal Prefere pages tobade this new vocabulary. Students will use their understanding of animal habitats, diets, and descriptive words covered in class to describe their favorite animal, and design the habitat in 3D.
